The style of pulling out the cartridge is unlike with the Vantec SATA EZ-Swap , this Ez Swap 2 cartridge is pulling out via the handle infront of the cartridge.

Inside the cartridge, there is a ventilation hole at the rear side for the 40mm fan to blow in. While on the front side, there is also a ventilation hole for provide a better air flow inside the cartridge.
