There is specification label on the PSU that shows the each rails of the PSU. Look at the spec, the 2 x 12V rails giving optimized power distribution which is very powerful and total of the Amp at the 12V rail is at 30A.

5.25î P.S.T

The 5.25" drive bay P.S.T is design for the easy to connect for peripheral devices such as hard disk, optical drives and etc.

Mini P.S.T

As for the Mini P.S.T is design to place at the bottom inside the chassis. So that it will provide the easiness to connect to the case fan, CCFL and etc.

Embedded Socket design

The embedded socket design on the PSU is used for the 5.25î P.S.T and dual PCI-Express graphic card.
