In this SilverStone Strider ST60F Modular 600W PSU, it was design with only one cooling fan. The large 120mm cooling fan on the bottom of the PSU is design for air intake.

At the rear side of the PSU, there isn't any fan. But, there is a honey comb design ventilation hole for the air exhaust to provide an optimal cooling solution.
