Overclocking at Tight Timing

As for the overclocking of this pair of PDP RAM, I have set the memory voltage to the maximum which is at 2.8V, therefore, I could bring it up from 200MHz to 221MHz which is equal to DDR442. This was an excellent results.

Overclocking at Loose Timing

Then, I have relax the timing to 2.5-3-3-6 and stable at 250MHz which is equal to DDR500. Too bad, I could not bring it higher due to the limitation of the onboard memory voltage.

Sisoftware Sandra Memory Bandwidth Benchmark

This is the Sisoftware Sandra memory bandwidth benchmark, our test system using to test this pair of RAM is in single channel. So, the bandwidth that record down is with single channel setup.
