Overclocking at Tight Timing (3-2-2-4)

I have set the timing at 3-2-2-4 and memory voltage at 2.1V. This pair of Patriot’s DDR2 4200+ memory module are able to reach 297MHz which is equal to 594MHz with such an aggressive timing.

Then, I have reduce the CAS Latency to 4 and set the memory voltage to 2.1V, I able to increase the FSB to 250MHz which bring the processor from 3.2GHz up until 4.0GHz, this was incredible. During the test the FSB was set at 250MHz, the memory speed was running at 334MHz which is equal to 668MHz.
