As for the maximum overclocking for this pair of Patriot PC6400 DDR2 memory, I have set the memory voltage to 2.3V and with the loose timing at 5-5-5-13. Therefore, It able to bring up the speed from 667MHz to 915MHz. It was much overclockable than the rated speed which is at 800MHz only.
