Page 9 of 10 Overclocking with M.I.B.2 I have tried to enable the GIGABYTE M.I.B.2 (Memory Intelligent Booster 2) technology which is supported by this motherboard. The M.I.B.2 is automatic overclock the FSB to 212MHz which is at the condition of very stable. But, you can notice that the CPU voltage had been auto increased to 1.6V. Maximum Overclocking For the maximum overclocking of this GigaByte GA-K8N Ultra-9 motherboard, I had increase the CPU voltage to 1.7V and set the memory voltage to 2.8V, it was able to overclock until 265 MHz of HTT with the default CPU multiplier which is at 10X. The default clock speed of 2.0GHz is now overclock up to 2.65GHz. This was a very good result.
