This is the Evercool HPC-925 CPU cooler, the cooler itself is build up with two part which is the blue transparent frame and the heatsink body.

The dimention of aluminum heatsink of the HPC-925 is 93x93x98.5mm.

There are total of six nickel plated heat pipe to transfer the heat from the base to the thin aluminum fins.

The base for this Evercool HPC-925 cooler is aluminum base with nickel plated.
