The temperature of the Chaintech GeForce 6800GS 256MB DDR3 PCI-Express is very good with the stock cooler. The idle temperature is at around 43 Celsius and 64 Celsius during the heavy loading.

For checking the frequency of the core and memory. I am using the Nvidia Forceware to check it. The default core and memory speed run by the Chaintech GeForce 6800GS 256MB DDR3 PCI-Express was at 425/1000MHz which is same as other stock Nvidia 6800GS.
